Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship internationally? Currently, Haven & Loom ships exclusively within the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable service for our customers.

2. How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Transit time: 3–6 business days. Total estimated delivery is between 4–9 business days.

4. Can I track my package? Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Orders & Payments

5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

6. Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@havenandloom.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.

8. Do I have to pay for return shipping? If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the shipping. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

9. When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

10. How should I care for my Haven & Loom handbag? To maintain the structure and texture of your bag, we recommend wiping it with a soft, damp cloth and storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
