At Haven & Loom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all our customers.
1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at info@havenandloom.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Haven & Loom will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For returns due to customer preference or "change of mind," the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
5. Restocking Fee We believe in transparent pricing. We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
