1. Shipping Area
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
3. Order Processing & Transit Time
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Address Changes
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact us at info@havenandloom.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package has already been delivered, take photos of the damage and reach out to us for a replacement or refund.
